Cancellation Refund Schedule

* Refund percentages are calculated on the base ticket fare excluding convenience fees.
1. Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking, go to My Bookings in your account, select the booking, and click "Cancel Booking." You will see a real-time refund preview before confirming cancellation.
Cancellations can also be initiated by contacting our customer support at support@gosuvi.com or calling our helpline.
2. Refund Processing Time
Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
UPI/Net Banking: 2–3 business days.
Wallets: Within 24 hours to the original wallet.
3. Operator-Initiated Cancellations
If a bus operator cancels a trip, you are entitled to a full 100% refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs. GOSUVI will notify you via email and SMS and process the refund automatically within 24–48 hours.
4. Partial Cancellations
If a booking is for multiple passengers, you may cancel individual passengers (partial cancellation). The refund will be calculated proportionally based on the per-seat fare and the above schedule.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling to a different date or route is charged a rescheduling fee of 10% of the original fare, plus any fare difference for the new journey. This is only available more than 4 hours before the original departure.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following are non-refundable:
- Convenience fees and booking service charges
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure
- No-shows (passenger did not board the bus)
- Tickets marked as "Non-Cancellable" at the time of booking
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@gosuvi.com with your PNR number. We will investigate and resolve within 3 business days.
8. Amendments
GOSUVI reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. The policy applicable at the time of booking will govern your cancellation.
