Terms of Service

By accessing or using GOSUVI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including passengers, bus operators, and drivers.

GOSUVI is an online bus ticket booking and travel management platform that connects passengers with bus operators across India. We provide search, booking, payment processing, live tracking, and journey planning services.

GOSUVI acts as an intermediary between passengers and bus operators. We do not own or operate any buses directly.

You must register for an account to make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

You may not share your account credentials with others. GOSUVI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All bookings are subject to seat availability. Prices displayed include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. GOSUVI does not store your card details. Payment confirmation is subject to bank authorization.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a PNR number via email/SMS.

Cancellation requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

GOSUVI reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraud, operator cancellations, or force majeure events, with a full refund to the passenger.

Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. GOSUVI is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival.

You must carry a valid ID proof matching the booking details. Passengers are responsible for compliance with any applicable travel regulations.

Bus operators listed on GOSUVI are independent entities and are solely responsible for their services, including vehicle safety, punctuality, and conduct of crew. GOSUVI does not guarantee the quality of operator services.

You may not use GOSUVI to: make fraudulent bookings, scrape data, interfere with platform operations, impersonate other users, or engage in any illegal activity.

All content on GOSUVI including logos, design, and software is the intellectual property of GOSUVI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

GOSUVI is not liable for delays, accidents, theft, or any loss arising from your use of a bus operator's service. Our liability is limited to the ticket fare paid for the affected booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

GOSUVI may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
